Summarise the duties you performed this week within your role

The duties I performed this within my role was to figure out what hairstyles, makeup and costumes I could possibly wear for the show and make a moodboard, during this I had to take pictures of these and write about the reasons why I had chosen these different styles.

What has been successful this week?

This week I successfully managed to complete the moodboard I was assigned to do this week, I also successfully managed to decide what my final outfit would be for the show as i would need to be prepared incase anything goes wrong.

What do you need to change or develop and why?

I may possibly change some of the pictures as they are from the internet so I could change them with real pictures so you can actually see how it looks on me.

What do you intend to do next week?

Next week I intend to look over the cript and start to learn it as I will need to fully understand it. I will also test different modes of address so it makes the script seem more interesting.

How did you work with your team this week? How was your work effective?

This week I worked with the other presenters as we had to make sure all I styles matched otherwise it woudl give off different vibes. I also worked with with the lighting desk as they put up the lights so we could see how our makeup looked against the lighting.

Summarise the duties you performed this week within your role

My duty within my role this week was to type up my dialouge for the show so I would have a brief idea of what I would saying on the day and try and learn my lines and I would also need a copy for the day as I may forget something and it would help me remember when certain things are happening so I would slip up or miss anything.

What has been successful this week?

This week I started and finished my script of my dialouge for the show, it was a success as I managed to write up the script for the deadline and I also tried to roughly make sure that it fit each presenter as to how they speak so it makes it sound more realistic rather than scripted.

What do you need to change or develop and why?

I may need to change the interviews as they seem very short and not that intriguing so I may add more to them, i may also change the way the presenters speak by asking the other presenters how they would say something or idf they think it is okay the way that is. I also think that I should make the presenters banter more as it would show the audience that they have a great rapport.

What do you intend to do next week?

I intend to work on different types of mode of address next week to make the show more fun and seem more lively otherwise it may come out monotone.

How did you work with your hierarchical peers this week? Was it effective?

I worked with the person in charge of the lighting desk as they had to test different colour lights on my skin tone to make sure that it wouldn't make my skin look funny.

Summarise the key points you made this week within your role

The key points I made this week was about the running order showing where certain elements of the show would go and why we had chosen those times and places.

What was the groups response to your ideas/progress?

The groups response to our ideas was good as they agreed that the ideas where good and that we had made good progress over the week to make sure that it was finished in time for the lesson on friday.

What has been successful this week?

This week the running order was finalised and will be used in the production of the show, the running order was checked and approved by all three presenters and the director.

What do you need to change or develop and why?

The group informed us that we needed to change the order of the music videos and the interviews as it would seem more logical as they can answer the questions after seeing the music video. Another thing that needed changing was the where the interviews where placed as they were quite close together so we moved them around to make it more intriguing. We also had to change the times as they were unreasonable.

How did you work with your hierarchial peers this week? Was it effective?

This week I worked with the Director to make the running order this was effective because we worked well together and efficiently this allowed us to be finished in time.

Production Meeting reflection

The production meeting was run by the group sitting around a table pitching our idea to the rest of the group one by one and the giving back feedback to the idea.

What was the groups response to your idea?

The groups response to my idea was well recieved even though no one really asked me questions about my idea or really gave any things top improve on as they were really quiet and kept looking at one another as if they were waiting for someone else to ask questions. Gareth asked what my logo would look like and gave me an idea of how I could change it to make it better.

Whose idea did you vote for?

The idea I voted for was Hollie's idea.

What did you like about the idea?

The things I liked about the idea was the use of a puppet for the competitions section as it makes the show seem more entertaining and will catch the eye of the audience as they will want to know more about the puppet and see if the puppet interacts more in the show. Another thing I liked about the show is the competition idea as it would be hilarious to see the guests try and put extra clothing on top of the clothes that they are already wearing within a time limit and whilst answering questions. 

What aspects related to the brief?

The aspect that is related to the brief is the use of different genres of music as it will appeal to everyone so they all have something they can listen to and enjoy. 

What areas did you think needed development?

The area that I think needed development would be the name as the audience may not really understand how Bangers and Mash is incorporated into the music industry as it does not seem very musical, the audience may also think that it is a food show.

What other ideas did people have that you think could be incorporated into the final idea?

The other ideas that can be incorporated into the final idea are the paint splashes on the wall as I think this will brighten up the studio and make it look more attractive. Another idea that could be incorporated into the final idea was the was Serife's idea of gunking someone but instead of using gunk we could use confetti or another item to throw over them.
